To ensure the safety and security of our clients, it is the policy of Home Support Services that all employees undergo an extensive background check.  We conduct searches for:

Federal Courthouse Records                State Criminal Database        National Criminal File           Motor Vehicle History

Employment Verification                      Social Security Verification             Credit Files                                 Personal References

                                 (All employees are bonded, and, covered by liability and workers' compensation insurance.)

Homemaker Service

Our Homemaker service is intended to provide seniors a helping hand with the household chores they face each day.  Maybe they are no longer able to accomplish these tasks, or, simply no longer wish to do them.  In either case, our Homemakers may be just the solution you have been looking for.

Visits from our Team members not only enhance the quality of life for our clients, they also provide peace of mind for the family members.  Knowing that someone is looking in on their loved one on a regular basis...monitoring their safety and security...taking care of the cooking and cleaning...or simply socializing, is reassuring.

Plan of Care

Our clients choose the tasks they would like done on each visit.  Here are just some of the things we could do:

wash dishesvacuum and sweep floors clean the kitchen, bathroom etc.       taking out the garbage

laundrygrocery shopping           meal planning & preparation     monitor food freshness

make beds  medication reminders      companionship         and much more

Assistance with Daily Tasks

A Helping Hand

With the help of the client and family members, a customized plan of care is developed for each client.  The frequency, duration and time of each visit is established (we do have a 2 hour minimum per visit).

Billing

We typically invoice our clients at the beginning of each month.  The invoice may be sent to the billing address of the client's choice.  We also offer the convenience of paying by mail or online via the Internet.  Payments may be made by check, credit/debit card, or, online from a checking account.
